We would like to take this opportunity to recommend Glenn Liebig as a general contractor. We base the recommendation on the quality of work he demonstrated during the construction of our residence located at on Trowbridge Lane, Folsom California.

First, since the home was to become our principle residence, it was vital that we discuss the construction as it progressed. Glenn gave us detailed lists of fixtures that he was considering, but left the final decision up to us. As the construction progressed, we were regularly consulted on the general floorplan. As a result, we were able to make timely modifications of the floor plan to meet our individual needs.

Second, Glenn directly supervised the layout of the foundation and basic framing of our house.The people that he hired to work directly for him were competent and efficient.

Third, when it came time to deal with subcontractors, Glenn did a fine job in getting them scheduled so that it was done in an orderly manner with a minimum amount of delay. He followed the work of the subcontractors closely and made sure that their work was up to standard. Materials were ordered on a timely basis and there were no delays due to lack of a specific item. Glenn also made sure that the work site was kept free of debris as much as is possible.

Fourth, upon completion of construction, Glenn gave us a complete walk through to insure that we knew the operation of all the appliances that were installed. As with any new product, there are a certain number of “bugs” that needed to be worked out. The few issues that we experienced have been resolved by Glenn in a timely and efficient manner.

In conclusion, we would be happy to recommend Glenn Liebig as a general contractor for any residential project.
